Biography
With a rich 35-year career in the electronic components supply chain and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Gilvan has leveraged his multifaceted experience as a Materials Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Purchaser and Salesman to create his own company.
By working in a variety of manufacturing industries, such as automotive, industrial and telecom, Gilvan has an exceptional understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by the electronics manufacturing industry.
As an embodiment of the American dream, Gilvan, an immigrant from Brazil with very humble beginnings, utilizes his diverse expertise to drive his company’s mission, demonstrating an exemplary commitment to excellence and innovation.
In both business and athletics, his work ethic and dedication are hard to truly quantify. Still playing soccer multiple times a week, his passion for the sport has inspired him to work with professional teams in Brazil to help develop future talent.
Lucas Angelini
Lucas Angelini
Biography
Beginning his career in the warehouse handling inventory intake, Lucas has either led or developed multiple departments of AGS throughout the years. These include quality certifications programs, quality inspection, excess acquisition, inventory sales, and accounting, to name a few.
Using the knowledge acquired in these departments, he now manages the entire company together with Gilvan. Lucas’s leadership style revolves around empowering others to showcase their full potential, driving both individual and team success. By providing opportunities for growth as well as prioritizing the mental health of AGS employees, Lucas has turned the company into an example for the market.
Known for his exceptional learning agility and eye for the future, he quickly adapts to new challenges and embraces emerging technologies. Through a growth-minded outlook, Lucas spearheads investments in equipment, technology, and personnel, keeping AGS ahead of the curve.
In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling and gaming.
Thomas Mandell
Thomas Mandell
Biography
Before Thomas began his career in electronic components in Long Island, New York, he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. A family member’s success in the business of sourcing and selling electronic components back in 2000 inspired Thomas to follow in their footsteps. To properly set himself up to succeed, he studied several languages before starting his first sales associate position. There, Thomas met the people he would form relationships with for a lifetime.
Among those new friends, Gilvan Angelini had a particularly interesting and unique background. He told Thomas his story of a poor working family in Brazil, where he worked tirelessly to earn a degree in engineering. Armed with that knowledge, he moved to the United States with only 20$ in his pocket and the determination to succeed.
“No one can make you fail,” he said to Thomas. “You get to decide if you succeed or not.”
Thomas realized that this man was cut from a different cloth and when Gilvan founded AGS Devices, Thomas joined a family destined for success.
When he’s not sourcing components or making negotiations, Thomas enjoys cooking gourmet meals for his family, studying history and gaming.
Maurice Longsworth
Maurice Longsworth
Biography
A New York City native, Maurice is a driven individual with a diverse background in sports, military service, and sales. Growing up, Maurice excelled in multiple sports, fostering his competitive spirit and teamwork skills. At the age of 17, he joined the US Air Force as an F-16 Crew Chief, where he developed a strong work ethic and a keen attention to detail and precision.
Following his service, Maurice transitioned into the world of sales, accumulating over 18 years of experience across various industries. Notably, he spent a decade in electronic component distribution sales management, where he successfully led teams and navigated the intricacies of the industry.
Now holding the position of Corporate Sales Manager for AGS, Maurice utilizes his extensive sales knowledge and leadership acumen to drive revenue growth and forge strong partnerships.
Beyond his professional commitments, he finds fulfillment in coaching his daughter’s soccer team, sharing his passion for the sport, and imparting valuable life skills to the young athletes.
Douglas Zamith
Douglas Zamith
Biography
Douglas Zamith is a professional from Brazil with 14 years of aerospace industry experience. He is responsible for developing long term relationships with aerospace manufacturers and customers in the United States, South America, and Europe, with regard to the sale of tools, electrical, mechanical parts and components for the aerospace industry.
After work, he loves to play tennis, watch movies, and spend time with family and friends.
Domingo Torres
Domingo Torres
Biography
With a robust career spanning over a decade in international supplier management for electronics, Domingo brings a wealth of expertise to our team. He has honed a comprehensive theoretical knowledge of the automotive and appliances industries, leveraging this background to craft and implement highly effective supply chain strategies.
Domingo’s extensive experience includes eight years working directly with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), where he developed a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges. He has also dedicated seven years to working with renowned European electronic manufacturing services (EMS) companies, further refining his skills and insights into global supply chain dynamics.
His proficiency in developing strong supply chain strategies and managing international supplier relationships ensures that Domingo’s innovative and practical approach drives efficiencies and fosters collaboration across the supply chain.
Outside of his professional life, Domingo is passionate about off-roading, padel tennis, and spending quality time engaging in outdoor sports with his three children. These interests keep him energized and grounded, complementing his professional achievements.
Drew McAleenan
Drew McAleenan
Biography
Growing up in St. Louis, Drew McAleenan developed an interest in the aerospace industry from an early age. His father, the late James “Jim” McAleenan, worked at Boeing for 31 years negotiating government and military contracts. This legacy was inherited by his son and motivates Drew in everything he does here at AGS. After attending Cornell University and graduating with a degree in Business Administration, Drew has excelled in a variety of sales/business development roles. These 15+ years of experience have helped him cultivate lasting relationships with everyone he interacts with.
For Drew, what separates AGS from other companies is the sense of family. Lucas and Gilvan Angelini have promoted a culture of diversity, service, and growth that is second to none in the industry. Each of our customers will never be just a number, they are a part of the AGS family. As such, Drew feels a deep responsibility to go above and beyond for those he has the privilege of serving.
When he isn’t working, Drew enjoys playing soccer, music, learning new things, and traveling.
Jaeder Menossi
Jaeder Menossi
Biography
Jaeder has been in the electronics market for more than 20 years. Before joining AGS Devices in 2009, he worked at maintenance companies dealing on a daily basis with all kinds of electronic components.
Based in Brazil, he works at and helps manage AGS’s South America location, Vector Trading Ltda. Jaeder supports various industries and specializes in processors, electronic components, devices, and peripherals, as well as military, aerospace, and chemical materials.
Outside of work, he likes spending time with his family, playing with his grandson, and playing guitar.
Kalen Johnson
Kalen Johnson
Biography
With over 15 years in the electronic components industry, Kalen has been through multiple industry changes and challenges. His ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with both OEMS/CMs and suppliers around the globe has enabled him to be successful helping companies through their supply chain challenges.
Before getting into the supply chain field, Kalen credits his ability to build trust and relationships from his nine years as a mortgage broker and sales manager, where he learned to work with people from all backgrounds. Kalen has been able to carry that over to the supply chain industry to build relationships that have lasted since he first started in the electronic components industry.
When Kalen isn’t working, he loves to be on the golf course or traveling with his family.
CJ McHugh
CJ McHugh
Biography
A Sales Manager at AGS, CJ helps companies within their supply-chain purchasing for related printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronics needs.
Learning his supply-chain and purchasing management skills while in the USMC, he has successfully translated those skills into the public sector. While working as a PCB purchasing manager, CJ fortified his expertise by earning his undergraduate degree at Hodge’s University and his MBA from The University of Miami.
With over a decade on the procurement side, CJ decided that his expertise would be better suited as an account manager so, he joined the customer-facing side of the industry and quickly scaled to a sales management position.
If he’s not out fishing, CJ spends his time landscaping and gardening at home.
Jermaine Negroni

Biography
Jermaine Negroni is a seasoned professional with 13 years of diverse warehousing experience, specializing in the electronics industry for the past five years. He holds an Associate’s degree in computer science and has a strong understanding of technology-driven processes within warehousing operations.
Beyond work, Jermaine is an avid collector of comic book memorabilia, showcasing his attention to detail and commitment to preserving his prized possessions. With his warehousing expertise and passion for comics, he brings a unique blend of skills and enthusiasm to any role, optimizing warehouse operations and managing inventories effectively.
Edward Farnham
Edward Farnham
Biography
Working in the Electronics industry for the past 35 years with a degree in Business Management, Edward has worked in the electronics fields of opto-electronics, PC boards builds, rework & repair, Upgrades, and component re-tinning and re-balling.
He has worked as an electronics Project Manager, Applications Engineer, Inside Sales, Electrical Test Technician and Quality Inspector for products in the military, medical, telecommunications, avionics, and aerospace sector.
Through his wide range of experience and commitment to excellence, his mission is to always look for opportunities for improvement and build better customer relationships as well as continually support AGS in leading the industry with on time and highly reliable devices.
When not working, Edward enjoys upgrading his home, reading, family activities, and trying not to get bitten by his German Shepherd too much.
Alex Perez
Alex Perez
Biography
After a rewarding 15-year career in warehousing & inventory control within the HVACR industry, Alex Perez joined the AGS Family. Equipped with his meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational acumen, Alex enjoys the pursuit of accurate inventory management, optimal warehouse operations and the quest for continuous improvement.
A third-generation Floridian, his leisure activities of trivia games, catching concerts and traveling are representative of his various abilities and interests.

AGS Devices Ltd is founded by Gilvan Angelini & Andreas Spathis on Long Island, New York.
2004
Working out of the first dedicated building in Hicksville, NY.
2008
Expansion to a new building in Bethpage, NY to pave the path towards becoming a stocking distributor.
2010
First excess inventory acquisition.
2012
Gilvan Angelini buys out his business partner and becomes the single owner and president of AGS.
2014
Moved operations to Florida and renamed to AGS Devices Co. to better position for future growth.
2016
ISO9001:2015 and AS9120:2016 certification achieved.
2020
Inaugurated new and current HQ, the first fully owned facility by AGS.
2023
Launched brand modernization and new website.
